Taking time out for yourself is crucial for feeling balanced and restored. But when you manage to find the time to get away, indulge in a spa day, meditate, or curl up with a good book and you STILL feel out of sorts, it might have to do with an imbalance of energy in your body. That’s where having an energy reading or aura/chakra cleansing and starting a regimen of flower essences might help.

Trust me, I had never heard of this before either! But flower essences were recently recommended to me by an energy worker. They come in a dropper bottle and you drop several drops under your tongue.
Flower essences are not essential oils. Essential oils are extracted from the flower, bark, sap and plant leaves; flower essences are produced by imprinting the flower’s unique vibrational healing signature onto the carrier solution. Flower essences can treat emotional imbalances and bring about well being in the whole person.

(Say WHAT?) This essence helps with the ability to complete projects, personal stability and taking responsibility for one’s health.

Reportedly, many people report general but discernible differences with essences. They may feel clearer, calmer, or better able to cope. Since flower essences work by stimulating awareness, you might want to keep a journal to better note any before or after behaviors or thoughts.
My update: I did stay on the essences until they were completely gone and would have to say felt a subtle energetic shift to help me cope through whatever phase I was going through at the time. I’m sure if I were to go back to that energy worker, he would say my energy is different – and would probably recommend DIFFERENT flower essences to work on other things too.
The only special requirement needed to start using flower essences, is a willingness to try them!
